  • Are you licensed?

    Yes. We have a Principal Broker licensed in Oregon and a licensed Property Manager.

  • Do you sell real estate too?

    When it comes time to buy or sell your investment property, our Licensed Principal Broker can help!


  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage single-family homes, duplexes, and apartment complexes in Corvallis, Philomath, and Albany, Oregon.

  • What area do you service?

    We manage rental properties in Corvallis, Philomat, and Albany.

  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    We build successful partnerships through our discovery and onboarding process. If the partnership is mutually a good fit, we want to make the transition as quick and smooth as possible for you to get your property listed with our company.   • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes. All disbursement payments are processed through ACH direct deposit on the 25th of the month.

  • How and when do I get my checks?

    Rent will be directly deposited in your bank account with the initiation sent on the 25th of each month along with your electronic Monthly Owner Statement.  


  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    You have 24/7 access to your Owner Portal to access Monthly Owner Statements, maintenance invoices, and monthly expenses such as utility bills. Through your portal you also have access to a copy of your Property Management Agreement and your property’s 360º tours.

  • How is rent collection handled?

    Residents are encouraged to make payments through their Resident Portal [link] to make payments electronically through an ACH transfer, debit card, or credit card. Alternatively, they can bring a check, money order or cashier’s check to our office.


  • Do you allow animals?

    70-85% of renter’s have pets so there is a high demand for pet friendly properties. We have a thorough process to screen all pets and assistance animals prior to approval.
