We acknowledge that holiday schedules can occasionally cause minor delays

We stand behind our commitment to delivering your funds promptly when residents pay on time

We guarantee that everything we will charge the client will be listed clearly in the management agreement. No hidden fees. Ever.

We guarantee easy online access to monthly statements, inspection reports, invoice copies, tax reports, and rental history with a click of a mouse.

We guarantee to use the approved Multifamily NW forms, with additional addendums, to keep your property compliant with local and state ordinances. 

• We operate in full compliance with fair housing, habitability, and application screening
• We invest in continued education for our staff and stay up to date with all laws

We guarantee to rent your home within 30 days or we will give you ONE month of management free!

Conditions for the 30 Day Rental Guarantee:

• Duerksen & Associates, Inc must have final say on the Rental price
• Must allow approved pets 
• The home must be READY! For new residents to move in

We guarantee you won’t pay us until we show you results and you get a qualified Resident. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the applicants, handle all of the paperwork, and perform a move inspection...all before we get paid anything.

We guarantee that you will never have to pay 2 leasing fees in the same 12 month period. We guarantee your resident will stay 12 months, or we will find a replacement for equal or better rent at no additional charge.

• We stand behind our Resident Screening process and our Residents. 
• The only exception would be a federal military relocation and death which is out of anyone’s control

We guarantee that if we can't collect the rent, we don’t get paid. You only pay us a management fee when we successfully collect the rent due.

We guarantee to personally reimburse you up to $2,000 if pet damage should occur over the deposit held. 

• We screen each individual animal application with PetScreening
• No animals may visit the property without being screened and pre-authorized
