Emergency Maintenance (Remember lockouts are NOT emergencies)
Emergencies are considered to be:
*Water running that is unable to turn off
*Leaking hot water heater
*Power outage (Call the power company first to make sure it is on their side)
*Backed up toilet that is overflowing (tenant must try to plunge toilet prior to contacting emergency maintenance)
